After a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and many successful years of product management in the tech industry, winemaker Adam Hersly pursued a Certificate of Wine Making through the prestigious UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology. Adam has also studied under some of the finest winemakers in California during internships at August West/Sandler and Joseph Phelps Vineyards.
