After a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and many successful years of product management in the tech industry, winemaker Adam Hersly pursued a Certificate of Wine Making through the prestigious UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology. Adam has also studied under some of the finest winemakers in California during internships at August West/Sandler and Joseph Phelps Vineyards.

I do not see the merlot offer. What is it?

Hi -
We have two offerings that include merlot grapes.
The “Mae” rosé is 100% merlot - direct to press.
The other offering is our 4-pack which includes one bottle of Merlot, one Rosé, along with our Pinot and Cabernet.
Since this is the first release of our merlot we arent able to offer a Merlot only package this year.
