I have a 2014 EuroCave wine cellar, model V-Revel-L. Recently, it stopped freezing, but there are no error codes displayed.
I contacted Wine Enthusiast tech support, and they suggested that the issue is most likely with the Main Control Board. Unfortunately, the unit is no longer under warranty, and they advised me to contact a local refrigeration company.
