Might be looking to use a Standard wine barrel in the remodel of my basement. Can someone tell me the typical Length, Width (diameter) in middle and Width (dia) at the ends? If you can’t measure the Diameter of the middle, the circumference would work.

Depends whether its a Bordeaux or Burgundy barrel. I did a quick Google search and found this for Bordeaux barrels:
Dimensions of a Bordeaux barrel are :
Height = 94,80 cm (3.11 feet / 37.32 inches)
Bottom and top circumferences = 55,75 cm (1.83 feet / 21.95 inches)
Middle circumference = 68,50 cm (2.25 feet / 26.97 inches)
Iron hoops number = 6
Wooden hoops number = 4
The above dimensions listed for circumference are clearly labeled incorrectly - those dimensions look like they’re the diameter. A Burgundy barrel has a slightly shorter height but larger diameter on both the ends and middle. I’m sure you can Google the dimensions for this as well.
