Firday evening we had, with Lois and Gary Lewis, some TJ’s Hawaiian Blue Shrimp, seasoned with Herbes de Provence, Granlated Onion, Granulated Garlic, and Garlic Pepper; in Rao’s Vodka Sauce on Rustichella di Abruzzo Penne Rigate. The pasta was enjoyed with a lovely 2002 Dr. Loosen Piesporter Goldtropfchen Moselle wine - light white-yellow in color, cork wetted about a half inch; good aromas of secondary fruits, bracing acidity; with a long fruity finish.
