Gyoza, Miso Soup, and Sake

Tonight’s dinner on another cloudy, rainy evening was Thai Shrimp & Pork-Vegetable Gyoza (potstickers) with a brown barley miso soup accompanied by a lovely Wakatake Onikorushi Junmai Daigingo Sake. It was a delightful rainy evening supper, listening to Vivaldi Flute Concerti. Then for dessert we finished the bottle of Wakatake with a slightly underripe Bosc pear while watching various TiVo’d shows.
