I have various bedrock and carlisle wines besides the usual go to syrah wines are there any other wines in the lineup of those 2 wine makers that i should consider having with the lamb
wanted to add these are grilled lamb chops and using dry rub
Carlisle Two Acres or Mourvedre?
Also, in the last week or so we’ve had 3 2012 Carlisles: James Berry Syrah, Pagani Zin and DuPratt Zin. All were outstanding.
If it’s cold out and you have some, Carlisle Petite Sirah should be a good match.
