I ordered a six pack from their website last week. I just received the following email. Hand delivered by the winemaker himself! That is what I call quality customer service 
So unusual that I had to share. I hope the wines are tasty - this will be my first taste of Fulcrum Pinot Noirs.

First, thanks for your order. Coincidently my husband (the winemaker) is in Boston this week. He has your order with him and he will drop the wine off at your house before he leaves tomorrow. Look for it outside your front door or let me know where you want it left. Thanks!
