Saw this oven recently at a friend’s house. Must say I am impressed with the overall looks. My friend used it to sear some steaks and they came out great. I did not witness a pizza being made but would guess it does it produces killer pizzas. Anybody have some experiences with the oven that they would care to share?
I have the Gozney Arc XL Oven.
It get very hot 700-900 F and I can cook a 16" pizza in 2-3 minutes.
He has one. Don’t know the model number, but it can use gas or wood as the fuel. Andy’s pizza is awesome!
I have a Gozney. Gas hookup. It’s heavy and I wish the opening were wider, but aside from that I love it. I’ll bury the temp. needle on it if I go full blast (1000+ F), so I need to keep an eye on that, as I prefer a slightly longer cook time than a temp. like that commands.
Yes I have an Arc XL gas oven. We just cook pizzas in it. It’s highly efficient, hitting 400C in 10 to 15 minutes. You need to watch the pizzas like a hawk. Results are good, and ideal if you don’t have time for a traditional wood oven.
