Planting a small 500 vine vineyard next spring and intend to train them on individual stakes in a gobelet style and was wondering if anyone has some good resources going in depth on the initial pruning for gobelet / head trained vines for the first 3 years or so?
Found some old University of California Press Bulletins by Bioletti, but while informative it was published in 1921, and I’ve been struggling to find anything more recent.
