Ganbara- Stunning!

We had dinner in the room downstairs at Ganbara in San Sebastian.

2014 Leflaive Folitieres and a pristine bottle of 2001 Corton Charlemagne from Bonneau du Martray.

Spectacular food. A house specialty tempura white asparagus started. Mixed mushrooms (cepes, morels and chantrelles) with egg, grilled gambas, langoustine salad, and Monkfish “Ganbara”.

Amazing food and amazing value. Perfect product. Fabulous service downstairs. Bravo! My best meal yet there.
