About a sushi place in Manhattan:

This is one of the best sushi places in NYC.Fishes are very fresh and the presentation is spectacular. This is one of the best places in the city for sushi lovers, > although they didn’t have gefilte fish on the menu. >

Is there any sushi joint that has gefilte fish? I’m not familiar with NY but that seems to be a stretch.

In a spectrum of “intervention/processing/messing with”, is there anything in the world further from sashimi than gefilte fish?
