I admit it – I’m a little obsessed. I look at the menu regularly. Noticed today that it says $250 for the dinner, up from $240. Just a PSA.
Haven’t been in a few years…but I imagine this would still be worth it.
It should also be noted that this is food and service.
How do you get a 4% raise in a lousy economy? I guess FL is beyond the reaches of the reality most everyone else faces these days.
Don’t get me wrong. My experience there was one I’ll never forget, and an extra $10 is absolutely not going to stop anyone who can handle $240. You just gotta wonder.
I was just there last Saturday night for the 9:15 serving. $240/$250 - whatever, it was well worth it. I’ll gladly pay the extra $10 for the trip to the chef’s quarters to witness them drinking Sessions Lager beer, eating potato skins (with cheddar & bacon) along with an entire sheet pan full of chicken wings.
Yeah, imagine the thought of dropping $1300 for dinner for 4 (thankfully I brought an Alesia and 2003 Pavie) and witnessing this shit going down in the kitchen at 1:00 a.m. Had to give props to all of 'em. Keepin it real.
In all honesty, the food and experience was/is amazing.
