Thanks Kenny! Hey, I saw you liked the photo from Savannah/The Valkyrie Wine Tavern (Instagram/FB DB14 post today)-- she is amazing. Traded wine for a photo shoot and have lots more from her to share over the next few weeks.

Yes, these are beautiful photos! We may reach out to her to see about getting something similar done with our products!

Excited to try these wines! I’d like:

  • 2 x 2020 Marie Rosé of Pinot Noir
  • 1x NV Sun Break Rosé Vermouth
  • One of each of the ciders

I’m in Portland - technically the northern end of the valley soooo

The method champenoise ciders really caught my eye. We have some great fruit around here so I’m sure these will be excellent.

Thanks Mike! yes, I get to the Portland area for deliveries about once a month or so. I will reach out via email to coordinate delivery and payment, etc. When I started my cider journey in 2017 using apples from our trees and neighbors, it was okay but lacked interest. The key was finding heirloom cider apples and those were hard to find. But in 2018/2019 a couple of heirloom orchards in the midValley started selling fruit :two_hearts: :100:

In for a swath of the ciders and vermouth, looking forward to trying these!

In for a case of cider with a little Pinot. Big fan of the sparkling ciders from Normandy area, can’t wait to try Oregon sparkling cider done with the same method. Cheers!

In for a mixed case of cider plus most of a case of vermouth/rose/pinot. Really looking forward to it!

We discovered Manhattans with Sun Break Red Vermouth. Nearly completely opaque to look at (darkest Manhattans I’ve ever seen), but soooo delicious!

Thanks Michael! These ciders are bottle conditioned (similar to méthode Champenoise) but not disgorged. So let them settle a few days. That said, some folks like the richness/texture that the fine lees add and they will purposely gently agitate before opening
