Food tour in Florence?

We’re going to be in Florence for 3 nights in July, and are curious if anyone had a recommendation for a food tour?

We’re usually the type of travelers that prefer to wander w/o guides, but we had such a great experience with a Paris By Mouth Food Tour recently that I’m wondering if we should do something similar in Florence.

Appreciate any recommendations!

Not sure about food tours, but make sure you have dinner with wine pairings at Enotecca Pitti!

Sorry to jump in, what exactly is a food tour?

…a walk around tour of local food options.

Here’s the one I took in Paris: PARIS BY MOUTH FOOD TOURS from Paris by Mouth |

Another one in Rome: https://www.rimessaroscioli.com/roscioli-food-tour/

We took a cooking/pasta making class in Florence that was fun.

But I agree with you on the food tour thing if you have enough time. We’ve done them in Barcelona and San Sebastian and loved them. Also did a Vespa tour that had some foodie stuff on it in Rome.

I did this one some years ago and it was great.
