Berserker pre-orders for the Premier machine-made stems should be shipping the week of June 30 or following.
Initially we were a bit ahead of schedule, but tariff related issues delayed our freight container. After it clears customs, our fulfillment partner needs to ingest the container and distribute the goods across their warehouses.
If anyone needs to update shipping addresses or hold delivery, please follow up to your confirmation email.

June 23 Update: Confirming things are moving along. The East Coast fulfillment center has our product and is spreading it across the country for more efficient shipping.
June 27 Update: Liftoff! “Box of 1” orders started shipping this week. “Box of 6” orders will start shipping soon.
Update on “Box of 6” Orders… I’ve been trying to sort this for the last few weeks, but as it’s taking longer to send orders here’s the full scoop… We “upgraded” to a new fulfillment partner that could better handle our volume, but when the “Box of 6” arrived, I got sprung with a very unexpected fee. They said the short side of the box at 8.75" classified the box as oversized, and that 8" was the limit. There was no documentation or disclosure of this fee and what this means is that the “Box of 6” has an additional $7 shipping penalty per box. Shipping one box is about $21-$22. I’m really sorry for the delay and if this fight takes more than another week I’ll just start shipping.

Finally arrived after more East Coast traveling. I was quite concerned as the USPS carrier had to crush the box some to get it crammed it into my mailbox. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to just put it on the porch, but there was nothing on the package marking it as glass/fragile. I was even more concerned when I opened it and there was no additional packaging, just the two boxes with a wine glass per. All’s well that ends well as they say; very fine-looking wine glasses that must be pretty tough. Thanks @BryanGreen!

Received my glasses today. Really a nice finish for machine made glass and impressively light! Found the balance quite nice with a 5 oz pour as well. Nicely done!

It is now the end of July?
The last of the orders should be fulfilled by tomorrow as anticipated from last week’s update! Little bit of a journey to get there over the last few weeks with the “Box of 6”, but all is on the way and locked in now.

My two six packs arrived on Friday. The glasses are very nice. Shipping though was a weak point with the two boxes shipped in a big box with very limited packing of just a couple of sheets of brown paper leaving the glasses unprotected. Needless to say box came a bit crushed but for some miracle only two glasses were broken. @BryanGreen i sent you a note and pictures on Friday so please let me know next steps

Hi @BryanGreen my order arrived today but unfortunately I also had a bashed up box with one glass deconstructed into a million tiny pieces. its somewhat surprising these werent individually wrapped with some kind of paper. more surprising only one broke!
@Brian_Tuite I received my shipping notice on Friday and the glasses arrived today (SF Bay Area) so suspect yours will be coming soon

I was super excited to get my shipment today. 12 glasses, machine-made.
TL;DR, these punch way above their weight class. Opened a 2015 @John_Cabot Viognier to try these out.
Disclosure, I am a wine glass cheapskate. My grand unified theory is that all wine glasses break eventually. These absolutely hit the sweet spot. They are delightful to use, balanced, light, elegant. I can’t imagine anyone being less than totally satisfied at this price.
Thanks to @Brian_Tuite for the excellent review, which prompted me to buy these.
Bonus: Abraham approves of the packaging (all glasses intact on arrival).

Got my order and all in tact. These have to be the best value wine glass in the market. Unique shape but seem versatile enough. I think these are gonna be fantastic for whites.
