I stand corrected. I have had cuts that definitely have been in the freezer for over a year and no difference in taste after thawing in fridge and then grilling. There have been no instances of a package tear or anything other than a perfect seal.
I tried that and it still didn’t work. I used the Sebia method, worked flawlessly. Worked for me last year too!
