Flannery Beef - Back to Basics

Katie here - If you’ve known us long enough, you know that even though we craft the best dry aged beef in the country we suck at technology. Last year we got a little carried away with the whole “custom aged primals” thing. Don’t get me wrong, it was fun watching you all go completely off the rails with 100-day aged 107 ribs (Dad is still shaking his head about that), but this year we asked ourselves: what do people actually want?

What we think the answer is? Great deals on the cuts everyone should have stocked in their freezer. No custom fabrication consultations, no “how crazy can we get” experiments, just really, really good beef at really, really good prices.

So here we are - keeping it simple, keeping it classic, and giving you 40% off the two cuts that never disappoint. As with previous offers, we have modified our usual delivery options in order to accommodate such a great deal, so please be sure to read that section below! (TLDR nothing will ship before 2/9/26)

The Offers…

40% off California Reserve Ribeye Steaks

(Click here to go to product page)
Ribeye
The most flavorful cut we offer, period. Yes, it’s got a bit more fat than a New York or Filet, but that’s exactly why it runs away with the flavor crown. Easy to cook - grill, skillet, oven, you name it. Want to feed a crowd? Grab the larger 20oz version to cook and slice. Note that because we source Holstein cattle for these steaks, a 20oz steak will be much thicker than an Angus or Wagyu 20oz Ribeye; roughly 2.5" thick.

40% off Midwestern Hanger Steak

(Click here to go to product page)
HangerFlip

The Swiss Army Knife of steaks - it can do literally anything. Dress it up, dress it down, grill it, sear it, bake it, sous vide it. Incredibly lean but packed with flavor, zero waste, easy to slice and serve. We source these from high USDA Choice Angus beef (unlike the Ribeyes which are USDA Prime Holstein) because we can get the quality and quantity we need. This is Dad’s go-to when he wants to use a marinade - anything from a simple Korean Yakiniku to something more complex.

Delivery Dates (PLEASE READ THIS - THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR ORDER)

Alright, here’s where we need to get real with you about our technological limitations. Our website is not sophisticated enough to do fancy things like “automatically limit orders per week” or “intelligently schedule based on production capacity.” We’re a meat company, not a tech startup, so we’re doing this the old-fashioned way.

Here’s how this works:

When you check out, the website will default to showing a delivery date of 2/3 or 2/4, depending on ship method selected. Ignore that date. Our site doesn’t know we’re running a BerserkerDay sale, so it’s just doing its normal thing.

These orders cannot begin shipping until 2/9 at the earliest. We physically cannot cut and pack everything at once, so we need to spread orders across multiple weeks. Any emails we receive that question why an order isn’t shipping next week will receive a screenshot of this section in response :face_with_tongue:

Your options:

Option 1 - “Just ship it sometime in February”: Leave the checkout date as is (even though it says 2/3 or 2/4). We will schedule your order to ship sometime during the last 3 weeks of February and will email you by mid-next week with your actual ship date. If you have a preference for a specific date within February, drop a note in the comments box during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Option 2 - “I want it later”: If you want your order to ship any time from March 2nd onwards, select that date during checkout and we’ll hold your order in the system until then.

Important: We will be manually adjusting all ship dates on the back end of our website. Just because the website offers a 2/3 or 2/4 delivery date date at checkout does NOT mean that’s when it will actually arrival. We’re changing the rules slightly for this offer because of the volume crush, and we need the flexibility to schedule production in a way that doesn’t break our team.

We’ll communicate clearly about your actual ship date, and we’ll get you the best beef possible - it just might take a bit longer than the website initially suggests.

As always, thank you for being part of this crazy annual tradition. You Berserkers make this fun, and we’re grateful for every single one of you.

order in!

Replenished my hanger steak supply. Thank you!

Order in - always such a treat!

My AMEX cards is not being accepted for payment. Tried with 2 very good cards

Same here, have tried two good cards and giving error??

yes

yep, and also tried visa. must be some glitch, hopefully fixed soon

Getting the same error. Tried on different browsers and different cards.
Seeing this in the console so maybe an issue with Cloudflare @bryan_flannery?

Turnstile Widget seem to have hung: 3n8pr
Uncaught TurnstileError: [Cloudflare Turnstile] Error: 300030.

I think there’s an auth issue when it goes to process the card

Restocked

Working on it now. We’ve implemented some pretty rigorous security parameters to protect against card fraud, but looks like they’re working a little TOO well :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

same issue here with visa

Order in, thank you Bryan and Katie

Same issues for payment for me

Meat ordered!

For those having issues ordering, the fix (I just figured out) is to use ‘manage payment methods’ and add the card there, make it ‘default’ and it works (even with Amex)

Also, been texting with Katie and she’s asked Bryan to remove that ‘challenge’ function for 48 hours.

order in—restocked hangers! Thank you for this opportunity!

Working now. Thanks! Loaded up on ribeyes, hangers, Kali burger, plus a Jorge to round it out

The flat iron showed not enough stock to order, FYI.

Was able to re-place the order now after it failing the first time. Thanks!
