Red: Jacky Truchot. However, while my cellar has a number of bottles of his wine, I am not sure if this counts as he no longer sells wine. If I have to leave him out, I would say Mugneret-Gibourg.

If I had to pick one producer for the rest of my life, it would be Jaffurs. The reds are usually complex and satisfying. The whites, of which I drink little, are also always complex and interesting.

Both are always a good value.
