I just looked over the winery list and have a number of wine options, so I’ll think on it for a few days.

There is a Hilton in Del Mar right across the street from the Fairgrounds (on Jimmy Durante Blvd), a Holiday Inn Express in Solana Beach, a Courtyard by Marriott in Solana Beach, a Doubletree in Carmel Valley and a Marriott in Carmel Valley. They are all within a 10 minute drive of both the fairgrounds and the restaurant.

At this point I most likely won’t make it to SD as I will be working until 3am the day before/that morning. But I will be at the Pasadena event (and offline after if that is still happening), so I do hope to see you all then. And for those of you pouring (Cabot, etc) I’ll be sure to stop by say hi and try your wines…I look forward to it.

Sorry for the late reply guys. I thought I could make it, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. Which sucks, as I really want to be there. If anything changes in the next day or so, I will let you know.
