Family Winemakers O/L, Del Mar, 3/15, UPDATE IN POST 1!

Since there was a waiting list, I changed the reservation at Sbicca from 16 to 24. They will accommodate us in either the dining room or the deck depending on the weather. Waitlisters, please confirm attendance.

Also, please post the wines that you will be bringing and I will add them to the list below.

Family Winemakers of California this year is Sunday, March 15 at Del Mar Fairgrounds. Looks to be a nice lineup of wines…

The theme for the offline is to bring a wine from one of the wineries at Family Winemakers. There is a list of participating wineries on the Family Winemakers website.

Just a small sampling of the wineries pouring in Del Mar…Arcadian, Audelssa, Big Basin, Cabot, Carlisle, Clos Pepe, Core, Inman Family, JC Cellars, Justin, L’Aventure, O’Shaughnessy, Outpost, Pisoni, Pride, Ramey, Red Car, Revana, Siduri, Saxon Brown, Sojourn

I made a 6:30 reservation at Sbicca in Del Mar. Sbicca has no corkage on Sundays. It is a nice restaurant with good food that is about a 5 minute drive from the Fairgrounds. Also close to the Solana Beach train station for you OC guys.

Someone remind me again, why I live on the East Coast

Changed it to the 15th post-event. Seems like that would work better for those traveling down just for the day. Makes sense to me.

I’ll keep it on my radar Brian and ask around if anyone else in the area is going.

Excellent, Brian! You can add Paul Lin and myself.

Depending on my schedule…I may be able to make it as well.

I could probably make this - those of you coming from up north can meet at my place and we’ll take the 'slade on down together…

Wouldn’t you want to be ballin’ it in this street cred machine? I know the new Jan Brekke would…

can we try and keep the pictures in the Asylum?

You need to take that up with the site admin… [big_boss.gif]

Why did I get deleted and Tbone’s didn’t.

Your post is right above his, Charlie…the ones that got removed were just arguments

Just look at the guido pic and relax…

What! Did you forget? It’s because you like the change of seasons.

Good one!

Charlie, I’m just venting because I was supposed to be at both Family Winemakers in SD and Pasadena, but now rerouted to Vegas. So I’m pissed I’m gonna miss those shows, because they are good ones.

Just razzin’ you, Wino-Drano.

And for this, those who go (hopefully me also) should really rub it in.

can we try and keep the razzin’ in the Asylum?

I’m just glad to see that something like 40% of the threads in Offline Planner are for San Diego (even if it’s kind of the same thread). San Diego gets no love at eBob

Wow. Impressive.

Is it true there is one in Pasadena also this year? Just wondering why some of the locals are heading down there?
