I’m late for dinner, but tell us which wine you drank and how’d it turned out?!

If you have some '20s and '21s, my tip would be a Kabinett trocken, such as AP 9 (Munny) or 1 (Mutter Anna).

My pleasure, Ken. Which wine did you end up pairing with your dish?

I went with the 2021 Herbert #15 as I had not yet read your recommendations but i will try yours the next time I make that dish. I am hoping to get a fair amount of the 2023’s. I live ½ way between Boston and Providence RI and am able to get wines from the NY area as well but it is so tightly allocated.

The off-dry 2021 Herbert #15 might be a better pairing for that dish. Ideal Wine received the 2023s, so you should be able to find them in Boston. The shipment to NYC will be later this summer for MFW Wine Co.
