Wait — What is Repour Again?

Repour is a single-bottle wine saver that keeps your wine fresh for days or weeks. It works by removing oxygen from the bottle, not just slowing it down. Just pop it in an open bottle and it goes to work — effectively hitting the pause button on oxidation. (One stopper is good for one 750ml bottle of wine.):wine_glass:

How Long Does One Repour Last?

Short answer:

One Repour = One 750ml Bottle

Long version:

  • One Repour is designed for one 750ml bottle, assuming around five pours (5 oz each)
  • Open a bottle Monday, pour a glass. Open it again Friday, have another glass. Finish it the next week. Still fresh.
  • Each time you pour, Repour has to absorb all the oxygen left in the bottle once it’s reinserted. After 4 to 5 rounds, it’s done its job.

Yes, you can remove Repour and pour a glass multiple times. Repour depletes as it goes, so when the bottle is empty, so is Repour.

Another order this year. For those doubting, I find that these really work well. (Although I have to admit I use them more for Vermouth and wine-based spirits that have to sit for longer windows of time, than I do for traditional wine - but I certainly use them for that as well.)
