That is very cool. Which do you like best, Todd? I should have mentioned in the OP that since I don’t use new barrels, the wines really do show the three styles pretty transparently. I initially thought when I started several years ago that I would settle on one style (DeStem, whole cluster, or the blend of the two) as showing the best representation for the vineyard, but the feedback is strong for all three and I really do appreciate each one for their specific traits.

In for another mixed 6, in addition to the MC offer

That is great Philip – these wines can ride the free shipping from the MC Deals offer (gets you to 12 bottles total)!

Appreciate the ongoing support Chris!

Grabbed a case of ciders, can’t wait to try them. Love me a nice sparkling cider!

We got you covered! (Except this pic shows the Dabinett, which is sold out, sorry to say.) Sparkling cider in a méthode champenoise style, on the lees, not disgorged : )

In for more rose vermouth. Too, bad we couldn’t visit when we were in Oregon. Sandra’s vermouth class was well received.

In for two cases of cider, with hope David received my email early this morning…
Purchased case of mixed Vermouth last time around, really, really great stuff from Sun Break. These are the types of businesses that make this event the most exciting the year!!

So bummed we missed each other— I have heard from several folks in the class so thanks for spreading the word! I like these as sipping aperitif wines— are you using the rose’ for cocktails? If so, tell me more!

Snagged a cider assortment - can’t wait to pop these bad boys watching a sunset (whenever our next one may be)!!!

First timer. I included a bottle each of Colette and Ariane to compare 100% destemmed with 100% whole cluster (will include my MW candidate buddy in that educational moment .

I won’t charge you the delivery fee :joy:. Okay folks hop on over to Mark’s Chardonnay and Riesling Newbie offer! Grab some of my Chard from Mark’s vineyard and some of his and compare! No new oak in my élevage, but I think Mark, you are going beyond 10/11 months? I want to keep it short for bright minerality and fruit notes/white flowers, and perhaps get less body than your excellent Chard.

Cool— I love having folks try the two (and the three) side-by-side. A restaurant in McMinville just requested a tasting with all staff so we can discuss wine making styles, and work on food pairings. Toe in the water 3-packs are encouraged, but you will want a case of each  —feel free to ping me to see what kind of deal we can work out after you have these wines!

Just ordered, looking forward to it!

I actually prefer the blend of the two, the Marie Paule. For that reason I changed up my order a bit this year, so I could also try the Reserve.

Order in. That Rose Vermouth is sublime on ice with a lemon twist for a sunny patio day. David also happens to be a great dude, thanks for hosting us last year!

My go-to everyday Oregon Pinot. Been ordering since Letite Teague wrote about WineBerserkers and highlighted David.

Love all three (his Vermouth and Chardonnay are a must try). Ordered a 6 pak of Collete about a month ago and will be ordering more soon.
