It turns out that I didn’t buy enough dry riesling last year. Fixed it! Also got some Lovejoy. Last year’s Lovejoy was terrific. We coaxed every drop out of those bottles.

That can be a problem with the Dry Riesling - we were hemming and hawing on whether to offer a special just on it, but a lot of folks have jumped on it!

I feel like now’s a good time to say that the “Strap Your Hands 'Cross These Engines” (aka boss Riesling!) 6-pack inventory is dwindling!
I purchased a half case last year and loved the wines so much, I went for a full case this year. Very glad to see that Apollo’s Praise is back.
While the wines went well with a variety of food, my spouse and I particularly love the Rieslings with homemade spicy Thai food.

That is a perfect pairing for the Rieslings! We have a great Szechuan restaurant in Rochester we like to do BYOB with; and at home the classic Dry Riesling pairing for us continues to be sauerkraut and sausage!
And we agree @AndyKr - when we were coming up with package names I initially joked about “Strap Your Hands 'Cross These Engines” and then realized it was just too perfect.
So excited to pre-order some Lovejoy - the 2024 was such a treat to drink. Truly, you cannot go wrong with anything from Apollo’s Praise. Every wine they make is beautifully crafted and punches far, far above its weight. If you are on the fence about anything, err on the side of ordering more. You will be amazed at the quality and depth of these wines.

2026 is THEE year I drink more FLX Riesling. In for a case. I will make it to upstate NY one day.
