Fellow vintner here, appreciate the pain in such decisions. But also can imagine the relief. I’m still in denial, but need to basically do the same. 50% off isn’t going to move it all… I hope Berserkers bought like mad fiends today and do again tomorrow. If your warehouse is like mine, there’s a monthly minimum so 10 cases costs as much as 1000. Kinda sums it up being a small winery. Very best wishes to you.
