Hello everyone - I am located in southern california and I bought last year the wine cooler INOA 25 from eruocave for my cellar that hold around 800 bottles. We are now in November and I start seeing frost accumulating on the lower vent (the evaporator return) and one third of it is getting covered. In results, the humidity is decreasing to around 55% and the inside temperature is increasing to 60 degres because of the issue coming from the frost, preventing the cooling unit to function properly. I added a bucket of water that helped increasing humidity to around 60% but the temperature remain high and the frost is still present. Any reason that could explain the frost and potential solutions? For now I unplugged the unit periodically but it always come back once the unit it back on. Thank you in advance. Thibaud
You are probably low on refrigerant due to a slow leak.
Thank you for the response Chuck! Since this unit doesn’t require adding new refrigeant, how can I fix the leak? Does anyone knows a tech for the eurocave product in San Diego? Thank you again!
