Emidio Pepe...Rosato Colli or Cerasuolo d Abruzzo?

Did they change the name of the “Cerasuolo d Abruzzo” wine to “Rosato Colli Aprutini” in 2018…or are they two different wines?

may be off here but Levi Dalton said the distinction was the color. If too full/dark it’s a rosato rather than a cerasuolo.
Does it change year to year based on regulations?

Yea, I went back and saw that in my last post…looks to be the same wine, but the color regulates it to be called Rosato, for some reason. I was thinking it has to be called “Rosato” because it was too light in color(pink), rather than too dark?? I just opened one so we’ll see!

Only current listing is Eataly NYC…never really the best prices, so will keep a lookout otherwise
