Egly Ouriet Rose and some Japanese food







Went to Mitsuwa in West LA and picked up some nice stuff. The Egly Rose we drank is beautiful. Five years on the lees, presumably a 2013 base, this is a very special rose. Just everything in balance with great fruit and a perfect finish. With some blue fin sashimi as a starter and black cod bok choy and oyster mushrooms in a dashi broth, what could be better. Perfect for a nice evening in the yard!!
