out of the Crayeres glass and a Gabriel Gold, got to say I prefer the latter. Thinner glass, don’t have to tip the head back as far to drink, and larger surface area of a small amount of wine in the glass, affording more bouquet.
Wine is tight, should wait many years before drinking. More structure than fruit. Balanced and long, austere, much nervosité. Disgorged July 2021, 1 g dosage, 4 years on lees.
Is this the Tradition bottling? Label looks the same but the ones I’ve had have stated Brut Tradition before Grand Cru on the front label. The vintage bottling on the other hand has stated Millésime and the vintage under Grand Cru. I agree re: the choice of glass for such vinous Champagnes, Zalto Universal also great.
