Ingredients

1 kg cauliflower
2-3 tbsp Dukkah
oil
20-30g butter

Dukkah: 50g almonds/hazelnuts, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Put everything in a blender and mix.


Preparation

  1. Break the cauliflower into florets and wash

  2. Sauté in a good amount of butter&oil

  3. Put into oven for 30-40min. 220C or 428 F

  4. Put Dukkah on top after 25min. ENJOY
