Literally sunny and no rain. They keep threatening storms, but looking good so far. We’re at airport picking up Favre as we type.

DRC and salsa is OK…but jarred salsa- never OK.
Here is a recipe to make that is much better than any jarred salsa.
in a blender combine
2 medium raw garlic cloves
One 28oz can san marzano tomatoes- no juice or basil just the tomatoes.
1/2 to 1/4 of a red onion chopped
2-3 canned chipotle chilis in adobo
juice of one lime
puree
then add a handful of fresh cilantro and puree again.
add salt to taste
But that’s Brad’s salsa.
I’ll try the recipe. I don’t think we get Brad’s here in our market.
