Domino's Pizza????? (Please be kind)

Yeah, uh, I think that people on this site should all agree not to eat large chain cheap pizza. I’m from the Chicagoland area, have a job, and enjoy my taste buds in tact so I won’t go near that nor Pizza Hut, papa johns, little Caesars etc. I did eat it in college though so I do understand.

I’ve had their regular pizza since they made the changes. It still sucks. They do use marginally better cheese now, but the “flavor” that they’ve added to the dough and sauce seems to just be salt. It’s much saltier than before. To me, overall there has been no improvement.

Chain pizza places didn’t do very well where I grew up – 10 miles east of New Haven, CT. I was in for a rude awakening when I went to college in Indiana. I’m of the opinion that most pizza made in America is bad. But nothing holds a candle to St. Louis. The folks who make that should be jailed.

Yeah, St. Louis pizza is awful. An ex lived by a place that actually served decent pie, but generally they make pizza with provel cheese – yuck.

I very rarely ordered it (used to be a 1am Voto for delivery in NYC but haven’t had since I moved to the suburbs) but I will say the new pizza is the best of the chain pizzas I have had. Definitely passable and in a pinch I wouldn’t hesitate to order.

St.Louis is a culinary wasteland. Their pizza, as pointed out above, is beyond horrific and the whole ‘fried ravioli’ thing baffles me. This is even more difficult to understand knowing that there is a large and proud installed base of folks from Italy there so I have no clue how this is possible.

While the home to my favorite sports team it is also home to the worst culinary attempts at pizza in the nation.

With or without lemon aid?
