Had dinner with @CFu and @John_Liotta at Hayato in LA last night, wanted to post a giant photo dump of all the shots, as I did not write down descriptions of each of the dishes, but happy to answer if anyone has questions. The ‘hardest reservation to get in LA’, it is called, and with only 7 seats and one seating per evening, I can see why! Wines were wonderful, including decanting (as was recommended on WB) both 2015 Ulysse Collin 60mo bottles shown - Les Enfers and Les Roises, plus a spectacular 2010 Raveneau Clos and 2013 Dujac Clos Saint-Denis
