I booked flights for two yesterday directly with Delta through the website. Once completed, the receipt that was emailed shows only one traveler and cost for one. Checked my CC to verify charges processed were for two. Then went back to the website and pulled up the trip receipt, it shows two travelers both with tickets and the correct cost. Hit the email button and waited for it to hit the inbox and sure enough, it is the same receipt as the first one. So hit the PDF button to download a copy and now I get a receipt that shows two travelers but still the cost for one. So hit the third button to print it out and it prints as shown on the website. Three different options to save the information yields three different versions of a receipt.
With Delta, the receipt emails always come individually for each traveler. You probably got two emails simultaneously and your email reader aggregated them together like mine does.
I sent receipts to both of my email accounts, which are on different email platforms with the same result.
Assuming you entered your companion’s frequent flyer number does the trip show up in both of your apps?
I didn’t so don’t know.
Didn’t mean to restate the obvious; my main concern if it was me would be that both are reserved and that I paid, which you checked.
