We would like to invite you to the RieslingKenner 5th Annual Falkenstein Tasting Event on Sunday, December 8 at Easy Does It, here in Chicago. This year we will have Hofgut Falkenstein winemaker Johannes Weber flying in from Germany to attend !
This is a special event where we will taste every single bottling released from Hofgut Falkenstein for the 2023 vintage. Outside of the winery this has only happened two other times and that was at our 3rd and 4th annual events where we tasted 25 different Falkenstein bottlings from each the 2021 and 2022 vintages, respectively.
It is a one-of-a-kind type of event and we would love to have you attend to experience the unique electricity that comes with tasting through 25 different wines made by the incredible father-son duo of Erich and Johannes Weber.
As is the case with all events that we do, 100% of the profit goes to charity. We will again be supporting the fantastic efforts of The Trotter Project.

Yes. Even before the severe frost damage in the spring, we wanted to reduce the number of wines. So instead of having 20 separate Rieslings, we will have around 14, which is still a lot of wines.
What better opportunity to taste the 2023s, including three of the top four Kabinetts in Germany according to Vinum. The guide crowned Gisela the best of the bunch. Mia got third place.
