This secret fishing hole is for locals only?
I wish.
Whenever I see a crowd I go the other way……
Shhhh?
Hopefully early Founders will get first fishing privileges?
I’m happy! :+1::four_leaf_clover::grinning:

I’m in!
The first few lots are going to sell out in minutes.
I hope Cam is proud to have such a loyal following.

In for a founder membership. I didn’t learn about Dn until mid "22 and wound up buying so many cases in the next 2 years with rapid decrease in purchases once Cam left. Excited to be in earlier on the new venture. While I’m typing this much, just want to say thanks to the long time posters in the 2 primary Dn threads. I have gotten such good information about the various wines that have been offered and definitely affected my purchases.

Random Zinfandel thought - after rereading the description for lot 480, I wonder if lot 480 and lot 536 are from the same producer or same wine, different vintage? The producer could have sold the 2022 for $50, but planned on increasing to $60 for next vintage.

Hi All - any thoughts on the N488 Arroyo Seco Chard? I can’t find any tasting notes, back to Tranche1 pricing today…

It’s priced well! If you like Chablis style Chardonnay, it’s probably a good bet?
If it’s the “Wente Clone”, that’s very nice fruit? :four_leaf_clover:

Whatnis the TN thread
Provide a link if possible.
Thx

Just search “Negociant wine company” here on WB. You will find it.

Has Cam’s new venture frozen your future DN purchases?.

Like everyone else I am near capacity and bought very little last year to make room for the 23’s.

If I have to choose what I use my precious space on, and I did #43 founder, I’m holding out for Cam.

What would a DN offer need to look like to get you to purchase now from them vs waiting for Cams offers?

Robert Craig shiner is probably one of the only things that would move me…

Debatable!!!

I just had a long conversation with Phil Coturri (probably the preeminent viticulturist in CA) at a wine tasting here in Atlanta. He said that the 2023 wine could certainly rival, and exceed 2018 wines. He also said that 2024 was great as well.

It’s dN. The d is lower case. Thanks.

But to answer, I am frozen right now on new purchases. So, yah, what AlexanderS said - a true amazing Shiner would make me bite. That’s it.
