Count me in for a NoVa or DC area DN tasting.
Cam,
I did! Thank you so much.
Today is my birthdayā¦thank you for the fabulous birthday gift.
Regards,
Randy
Also got a half case of 86. Thanks for the recommendation.
I think Iām good on Walla Walla Merlot for the time being.
In the past (pre-de Negoce) Iāve enjoyed ME, Wines of Substance,
and various other WA Merlots, and Iāll bet de Negoce wines will be
even more enjoyable.
Count me in as well for MD/DC/NoVA. Iāve purchased 31 different DN lots in the last 2 years starting with N.48 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. As with many of the folks on this forum, I am out of space but canāt kick my new habit.
Cameron. If I were to rank order things that are important to me in life I would not rank this in the top five but it looks like I have six or seven orders due to be shipped this fall. I sure wouldnāt mind If multiple arrived on the same day to avoid logistical challenges of needing to be present to sign for the wine. I know that the logistics of shipping is complicated but if several boxes could be sent out on the same UPS truck, I sure wouldnāt mind
Lot 300 Howell Mountain on offer again. Was there a general view on producer?
Thanks!
I think Predecessor was thrown around as an option.
Ok creating a new thread to organize a DMV tasting:
Look forward to seeing folks!
48 is one of my OG favorites! Still in bottle shop - hoping one of Camās sales will be applicable to that one before it sells out, could do with a top off on n.48!
John - just created a new thread to organize a DMV tasting - come on over and we will see what we can get organized!
Any chance we can do this on a weeknight? Happy hour type event? Wednesdayās are best for me, but Iām somewhat flexible.
Hi Luke - definitely send a note to support@ā¦we are transitioning to a new CS management system so be patient but we should be able to arrange to at least ship them all on the same dayā¦whether UPS delivers them all on the same day is an unknown and out of our control.
This should be the default and not by special request, IMHO.
I disagree
this should NOT be the default for a discounted wine store
thank you
If you like Pinot, you should seriously consider the 234 that is still available at tranche 1 pricing through tomorrow. We had one tonight & it lives up to the hype. I ordered two more cases, a first. And with my husbandās blessing.
Oh, you are making life so difficult. A 2020 Pinot Noir . . . . . . . . Should I suggest holding holding these optimally for at least a year or two to my son & daughter ?
I certainly think 234 will hold & develop for the next few years, but it was very accessible after a few hours in the decanter. Others could offer better advice on this. I donāt think Cam used the Vinc corks on this wine, for what itās worth.
Is the N.20 still sourceable at this point or long gone? Shouldve picked more up beforeā¦
With that recommendation, Iām in. Thanks!
Popped a couple of bottles of 234 PN tonight after reading the comments here, and I can confirm itās a very nice wine and outstanding value for the price. We also decided it was worth it to get some more to hide in the farthest corner of the cellar.
Iām in for a 2nd case! Dehlinger may be my favorite CA Pinot and this sounds great.
