Anova's countertop combi steam oven is out

We have had the Cuisinart version of Anova (countertop steam toaster oven - now discontinued) for several years and agree with all the prior comments that once you will have one you will end up using it every day. We had recently planned to build an ADU and picked up an effectively new Miele non-plumbed built-in for $300 (long story) that we planned to install in place of a conventional oven (based on how often we use the Cuisinart compared to our conventional oven).
