Any dining rec’s, particularly in the South part of the Island?

One recommendation, if you can swing it. There are quite a few open-air, treehouse style resteraunts on the central east coast that are just fantastic. I’ve blown 90 minutes running pics and descriptions through Copilot trying to find the ones we hit to no avail. The name is on a matchbook somewhere that a VRBO owner gave us…

If you’re driving around northwest of Bastia, we had a nice lunch in Centuri - really beautiful little town with a small boat harbor. So much of Corsica is a chose-your-adventure though, so good luck
