Corra update

Been a while for me, but this is some cool news:

Many thanks for your longtime support of Corra. As we close out 2022 and look forward to starting a fresh new year, I want to share an update with you. Due to the devastating 2020 fires, I was not able to create a wine from that vintage. While this was a short-term setback, it also afforded me an opportunity to re-think the future of this small wine endeavor.

I am happy to share with you that Corra will be transitioning from a Cabernet created from a blend of top-tier vineyards in Napa Valley to a new Estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain District, starting with the 2022 vintage (release date slated for early fall 2024.)

What will NOT be changing is my winemaking style, with an obsessive attention to detail and a decades-long tradition of excellence.

More information will be coming to the website, [corrawines.com] in the upcoming weeks and months, and I hope you will check in periodically to learn more about my exciting new endeavor!

With fond wishes for a happy and healthy 2023,

Celia Welch
