Hey all - wondering if anyone has seen a Comtes Lafon (this was a Meursault Charmes) where the “Mis en bouteilles” text on the cork was in all lowercase? All the photos I’ve found have the text in all caps across many vintages.
The bottle in question is an ‘01 Charmes that tasted off / way too young. Perhaps I’m just being paranoid, but hearing a lot about the uptick in fakes recently
