Since the word isn’t French but Gascon, it’s “cos”, not “coh”.
Edit: “coh” is how a French would pronounce it.
Chaillot/Chailles, I know you pronounce the “ll” in “elle” and “duxelles” but if the “i” is the lead in to the “ll” is it silent like “shy-yo/shy-y”?
Oh, and Fixin. I’ve heard both “fee-shawn”, “fee-ksan”, and “fee-sen”, what is it? French pronunciation isn’t my favorite thing in the world.
