Any cold brew fanatics here? I tried to make a concentrate and it turned out more like tea.
What’s your secret to grind size, ratio, duration, etc?

course grind.
good water.
8:1 ratio by weight.
2-3 days.
stir once or twice.
I use the same ground as I use for French press which is fairly coarse. 12 oz of coffee with 7 cups of cold water. Anywhere from 12-24 hours before draining. One trick is to make sure all the grounds get wet, don’t just put all the grounds in and pour water on top, no need to mix if you add a little of one then the other and alternate. Great results. For making hot coffee I use one part of extract, which easily keeps a week in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator, with three parts hot water. I recommend this apparatus:
I’d given up on cold brew until I recently pulled the trigger on the oxo.
Makes the whole process simple compared to some contraption I had bough eons ago.

I use 6 oz h2o to 12 oz bag. At least 24/36 hours seems fine for me a a darker roast. Then dilute 2 to one for me, probably 3 to 1 for my wife who is a bit caffeine sensitive.
Keep in mind that it doesn’t extract as much color or flavor as brewing hot.
6 oz water to 12 oz bag, did you mean that? I would think that amount of water would barely wet the grounds.
Sorry, of course it’s cups
