I am looking for a coffee mug/cup that will keep my coffee as hot as possible for as long as possible. I only pour a few ounces at a time (also to keep it hot) so I don’t need something large. I currently use Bodum double-walled mugs I get from Herrington. The problem with those is that they break easily.

So, this is non-travel, in a home or office, where you pour and drink piping hot coffee.

Does the coffee stay hot?
Well, it’s heavier than a mug so yes, but I tend to drink the coffee fairly quickly.
If you drink your coffee black though, the crock gets really hot.
We use the bodums, they are great but as you say, you have to be careful…
