We source all of our fruit from Lia’s Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. (Lia is my daughter.)
The vineyard is farmed organically, and we finally got around to filing paperwork late last year.
You’ll find Lia’s Vineyard in recent vintages from some of Oregon’s top wineries
(Patricia Green Cellars, J. Christopher, White Rose Estate, and several others).
We make wines with minimal intervention in small lots that highlight the unique character of the site.
We named our wine “Longplay” because we say wine is like music:
There are many genres and styles, and “best” is more a question of taste
than absolutes. We love the sound, flow and pacing of a great longplay record album.
We produce a limited amount of wines (typically 1200 cases). We love sharing them with Berserkers!
Rockin’ Berserker Day XV with the Longplay and $1 Shipping!
Our first Berserker Day was BDVI, so we’re looking forward to support from returning customers and we hope to see some new names as well.
Limited quantity, limited time. But no need for special coupon codes to take advantage of the offer - just go to our online shop. Reduce my shipping costs by mixing and matching three four packs or two six packs to make a case! (If you really want to order 4, 8 or 10, that’s fine too.)
Longplay Sampler
Wine can be like a box of chocolates with this variety pack! We’ve got white, pink, red and fancy red. This is a good and affordable way to discover our wines. I lose money on this, but we’ll run it through the ledger as “customer acquisition cost” in the hope that you’ll come back for more! You’re looking at a 2022 ‘Distortion’ Rosé of pinot noir, a 2019 ‘Jory Slope’ Chardonnay, a 2019 ‘Lia’s Vineyard’ pinot noir, and a 2018 ‘Jory Bench Reserve’ pinot noir.

I’ve said my best customers are wine nerds, so this year we’re offering some “nerdical” packs. These are some pretty good wines and we’re pricing them like daily drinkers.
Jory Slope Four Pack Chardonerdical
A steep slope of Jory soil that limits production. Some vintages I get less than 2 barrels off of an acre. This doesn’t really see distribution. And I hold a good amount of it back for personal consumption. But I’ll share some of it with you … because Berserkerday! Quantities are limited. One bottle each from 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
We’ve got a four pack at $___ (retail is $140 at our regular, reasonable prices).

Jory Bench Reserve Pinot Noir Four Pack Nerdical
In the northwest corner of Lia’s Vineyard is a spot I call the “Jory Bench.” It has Pommard and Wadenswil planted from 1989-1991 that consistently produce some of the best pinot in Oregon. (I might be biased.) These blocks are farmed meticulously. The soil is Jory, the state soil of Oregon. Perfect exposure, moisture retention, vigor balance, etc. After harvest the fermenters from these blocks are tagged “JBR.” Not every barrel makes the cut, and sometimes I’ll add a little from another corner of the vineyard to bring a bit more balance, but this bottle is really all about the Jory Bench.
2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 in the four pack.
Four bottles. Total retail value of $168 at our reasonable regular prices, only $___ plus $1 shipping & handling.

Hi-Tone Pinot Noir Four Pack Nerdical
We have some old Wadenswil planted in 1990 that makes a very interesting and delicious wine. We do our best to avoid new oak on this wine because we want the fruit to be the star. However, we aren’t dogmatic; if a new barrel is really beautiful we’ll include it. It think that has happened once in this pack. I’ll include notes so you can taste and see if you can spot the oak!
2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 in the four pack.
Four bottles. Total retail value of $208 at our reasonable, regular prices, only $___ plus $1 shipping & handling.

Are You Experienced? Whole Cluster Fun Four Pack Nerdical
We love piling fermenters high with whole-cluster fruit and seeing what happens. We love the grip and aromatics of whole cluster wines. We call this wine “Experience” because this wine really is an experience. 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 in the four pack.
Four bottles. Total retail value of $208 at our reasonable regular prices, only $___ plus $1 shipping & handling.

Finally, Time for a Six Pack of Explicit Lyrics
In 2020 we only picked the very best fruit and made half our typical production. We made one red wine, a very nice wine, that I say is an excellent “travel mug wine.” It’s great for walks on the beach, or enjoying with burgers. Not necessarily something you save for the 25th wedding anniversary. But who am I to judge? I think it has improved a bit with age and many of my customers agree. This sold well last year and I’m curious to see how many of last year’s buyers return! Stock up while supplies last!
Six bottles, just $___ plus $1 shipping and handling ($144 retail).
