Same for me. No response, no idea.

I reached out to Todd French and he said that there are three companies that are having a number of issues. He said that we will get our wine, they are working on it. I don’t have any more update than that. Hopefully, we’ll hear back in a few days.

Hi Michael - I helped Eric with his BD16 Google Form. Your order isn’t on it. I’ll send you a PM.

Yep, you’ll get your wine. We are working on it. It is a very challenging environment for small wineries. Sigh.

Thanks for your reply. Don’t know what happened there! I’ve been in touch with Eric directly so think he has this in hand but I’ll follow up with him again. Thanks.

I heard from Eric on 4/17 and he said they were going to be sent out very soon, but I haven’t seen anything yet. My concern is with shipping since it’s going to be coming up through Redding, which is going to be 85 degrees or warmer from now through October.

Do you know what the hold up has been?

Sorry folks, I had login issues. Eric’s wine storage facility changed ownership and there were some hiccups. He then was involved in a car wreck (he’s fine; his car not so much). Last I heard, he was going to pick up a small tranche of orders from the storage facility.

Thanks for the update, Patrick. I’m still waiting to receive my BD15 order that got lost in the shuffle last year, so hoping everything works out… :crossed_fingers: - I know it’s tough out there :muscle:

Me too! The unpredictability of midwest weather was the downfall.

Hi

Can Eric provide a timeframe for shipment? Doesn’t seem too much to ask. How many orders does he need to ship out and when will he start?

The complete and total lack of communication is very strange. It just can’t be that hard to provide any kind of update.

I’d also love an update. I received and paid my invoice in April and have not heard back since. I’m hoping to coordinate shipping timing so that we’re home to receive it – especially with the weather heating up!

Same here, Mari. My order has to come up through Redding, which will be over 90 degrees until October. Maybe the best course of action would just be to refund people who have paid and who can’t do local pickups?

The lack of communication is troubling. I have emailed Eric multiple times with no response. I think there should be a refund option for those who don’t want to wait any longer. How would we go about it? There is no phone number to call.

Eric had 36 cases of wine pulled yesterday. He is prepping the orders next week. I can say this because I’m flying out there on Monday to help. (Long story, but I really, really, really need a short vacation.)

I’m not sure who all has received an invoice or paid. It was my understanding that Eric was waiting to invoice until an order was packed up and ready to ship. I know he has some misc cases of wine at his home, so maybe that is what he’s pulling from.

Mari - Can you send me your invoice via PM?

Sure thing - sent!

Thanks for your help.

@Marshall_Manning My bad… I forgot those got sent out. When I’m out there next week, I’ll try and sort through who has paid and who has not.

I was invoiced a couple of months ago (and I paid via Zelle). I had an email exchange about shipping but sounds like right before his recent misfortune.
