First time buyer, heard about your wines recently and very excited to see you on BD! Grabbed some DICO for an intro and bottles of the Montecillo and Caldwell to cellar for the future.
Thanks for taking the plunge!
Omg, how delightful! Please say hi ![]()
Thanks friend!
order in!
Thanks for the great wine Erin! Hope you and the family are well! Walt Paskowski
If there’s someone out there who hasn’t yet gotten the memo: Di Co is the best value in California Cabernet, full stop. And the 2023 for $60? The only questions you need to ask yourself are: How big is your truck? How quickly can it back up? Is it more of a fold down the payload thing or are there doors you have to swing open?
Can it fit a standard pallet?
Cellar is full but slipped in a 3 pack of DICO.
I don’t need to tell this audience, but Erin and Massimo are amazing people who do great work with their wines. Should be an no-brainer.
Amazing wines!
I have more wine than I can drink in a lifetime, but had to go in for a 6 pack. Thanks Erin.
First timer, trying the Cabs !
Wasnt planning to buy any wine this BD, but think I’m going to cave on this.
Whats the aging potential of this ‘23 vs the other recent vintages of DiCo cab? (I have some ‘18, ‘19, ‘21). I assume longer given the vintage?
From what I tasted. I think 23 might be the longest lived imo.
You’re the best. Thank you!
I think these will be up your alley! Thanks!
Honored to share these - and the aging potential on these is fantastic, but there is a clear difference between this '23 and those previous vintages. It is much more elegant and fresh, and you’ll find that you don’t require the same aging before you can start to enjoy this vintage. It’s energetic, with suede-like tannins. I love it. That said, to @Zachary_Mancini 's point, it has the acidity and purity and tannic framework to age really beautifully, I can’t wait to see where this wine is in 15+ years.

We appreciate you. Thank you!
