Not strictly an offline, but I heartily recommend the weekend at Cider Day - it is pretty much an annual trip for us.
Think IPNC, but really, really small - with cider instead of wine. And rest assured that if it isn’t hard cider, it is apple juice.
There are many apple varieties available to taste or purchase. Cider workshops and tastings. A nifty Saturday banquet. Cider-cheese pairing. It’s about as much fun as you can have without wine. And the perfect New England autumn weekend.
