Can some one recommend good representatives of each type of red wine so that I will hopefully be able to spot the difference. Maybe name 3 Burgs with “chewy tannins” and 3 Burgs with obviously “fine tannins”. Good reps of each. Producers you know well and hopefully have bottles from in your collections today.
