I had a delightful time visiting Rives Blanques in the Languedoc. They’re in some of the higher foothills outside of Limoux and they argue that you should do white wine with cheese almost all the time. I let them convince me with delectable samples.

I realize I don’t give you any close ups of the cheese, but I filmed some. . .maybe I’ll post that later as a wine berserker exclusive or something
